Unabashed Product Endorsements

First, the disclaimer: I absolutely nothing to do with either of these products, their manufacturers, advertising, nor am in any way affiliated with these or any other products or companies at this time.

I don’t get excited very often about any products, especially not to recommend them, but lately I’ve gotten my hands on a couple of things that work as advertised; they are excellent products, in fact, and they are used in our house; in the case of the grill, used nearly every day.

First up is “The Furminator“, a type of comb used for removing all the extra, shedding fur from your dog or cat friend. It works every bit as well as shown in these videos.  (edit: I removed the videos, leaving only links to the original web site; I could not figure out how to prevent the videos from playing automatically which was most annoying.)

The next product that we’ve recently gotten, and have used nearly every day since, is a “George Forman Grill“. This is another product that I’ve avoided for years, thinking that it’s just one of those sold-on-TV, “but wait! there’s more!” infomercial products. Well, surprise, surprise; it works every bit as well as advertised, and is well made.
